Following instructions is an important part of the science fair process. Projects that do not follow expected protocol or miss deadlines may receive lower scores, be omitted from special awards, or disqualified. For further details, review the CASEF Handbook.

Project Number Assignment
You can expect to have your project number assigned by this date.
Extra project registration fees
Extra project registration fees are due.
Additional projects are $15 each.
Fair Week
(PSU, Messiah) HCS – with a modified schedule or April 14-18
Sunday – Set up
Monday – Student certification 4-7 pm - Young Scholar judging WE NEED CERTIFIERS
Students must bring hard copies of the Exhibitor Identification Form, Final Abstract, and Waivers
Tuesday – Judging with interviews.
Tuesday by 6 pm grand champion call-back notifications
Wednesday - 9 to 12:30 grand champion judging by appointment
Wednesday and Thursday open to the public 8 am – 6 pm
Thursday 6:30 pm Award Ceremony - Remove displays PRIOR to the ceremony.
Sponor Meeting
Our teacher meeting to kick off the 2025 Fair will be Monday Oct 7 at 4pm ZOOM Valerie Knowles is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Lots of new information and format changes to cover. Please plan to attend and invite colleagues who may be sponsoring students. Young Scholar (grades 5 & 6) will be the first few minutes of the meeting.
