• Sunday – Set up

• Monday – Student certification 4-7 pm - Young Scholar judging  WE NEED CERTIFIERS

  • Students must bring hard copies of the Exhibitor Identification Form, Final Abstract, and Waivers

• Tuesday – Judging with interviews.

  • Tuesday by 6 pm grand champion call-back notifications

• Wednesday - 9 to 12:30 grand champion judging by appointment

• Wednesday and Thursday open to the public 8 am – 6 pm

• Thursday 6:30 pm Award Ceremony - Remove displays PRIOR to the ceremony.
